BSNL has decided to introduce the following Limited and Unlimited Broadband  Plans under  Home/Business with effect from 01.04.2010 . The tariff for these broadband plans is  prescribed as  indicated against each  Plan mentioned below:

      DATAONE - HOME PLANS

        Note for BBG 125
  *    The download limit shall be sum of upload and download data volume.
        Migration from any existing Broadband Plan to BBG 125 will be allowed.
        The above rates are exclusive of Service Tax, which will be charged as per prevailing rates.

Tariff for Broadband Home Combo Plans :

   Tariff for DataOne Home Unlimited 750, Combo Unlimited750 & Combo Unlimited 1350
    (  Plan 900 and 900 Plus renamed as Plan 750 and 750 Plus respectively with reduced monthly charges )

   New Broadband Home Plans

  The following three new Broadband services under Home Plans has been introduce with effect from   01.04.2010.Details of tariff are as under.

   Other terms and Conditions:-

1. The above tariff is exclusive of Service Tax which will be charged extra as applicable.
2. For the New Broadband Combo Home & Business Plan BBG Combo 599, BBG Combo 749 and BBG Combo 1111, installation charges, security Deposit and Fixed monthly charges for the modem will be as per existing instructions.
3. The customers will have choice to select the modem type of his choice subject to availability.
4. The existing BB customer under Home and Business segment with any BB Plan may migrate to New Broadband Combo Home & Business Plan BBG Combo 599, BBG Combo 749 and BBG Combo 1111.
5. Security deposit and installation charges as applicable shall be realized for three plans from new customers.
6. All other terms and conditions will be as per the earlier circulars shall continue to be applicable on this plan also.
   
   Existing Unlimited Home & Business Customer will be automatically upgraded to this plan
   1)   This tariff is excluding of Service Tax, which will be charged as per prevailing rates
   2)   All other terms and conditions will remain same.
     •  Existing broadband customers may apply to AO(TR) of the concerned Area for change
         of landline/broadband plan .
   
   Conditions for providing Home plan or Business plan:-

Registration Fees
In order to discourage fake booking for broadband connection a registration fee of Rs. 100 may be charged.

Excess Security Deposit & Requirement of mandate

1.All the excess security deposits may be adjusted in next bill on request of the customer.
2.A mandate is required from all Broadband customers, for adjustment of BSNL dues from security    deposit of fixed lines etc.
   Revision of plan will be effective from 01-04-2010.

                 DATAONE - BUSINESS PLANS 

  Note  :-
       1) In addition to the above one static IP address can also be offered @ Rs. 15,00/-  per annum to all the             above Business plans , where one static IP address is being offered, free of cost.

Note  :-
       1)    Service Taxes Extra
       2)    The Type II Modems shall be offered free to Business 4000 and Business 15000
               customers, subject to availability.   In cases of non-availability of Type II Modems,
               other types may be offered.
       3)    The plan shall be limited to either up loading or down loading data volumes which
               ever is reached earlier.
       4)    All other terms and conditions are same as for other plans.

Billing for the service will be included in the normal bfone bill.

      DataOne -- Unlimited Business Plan

  1)    In addition to the above one static IP address can also be offered @ Rs. 15,00/- per annum to all the          above Business plans , where one static IP address is being offered, free of cost.
         Existing Unlimited Home & Business Customer will be automatically upgraded to this plan

Other conditions  :-      
      a) Security Deposit for unlimited Broadband Business Plan will be equivqlent to One  Months Fixed Charges.
      b) For the new customer opting for Business BBG Combo ULF 3300 / BBG Combo ULF 6000 plans will           have to pay Security Deposit as applicable for Local / STD / ISD.
      c) Security Deposit & Fixed Monthly Charges for the Modem will be as per the existing instructions.
      d) The customer will have choice to select the modem type of his choice subject to
          availability.
      e) For the customers, who have either procured the modem or have taken the modem under the committed           period plan, the modem rental shall not be applicable.
       f) For this plan free modem can be offered to the customers if the customer commits for a period of 12           months and pays the necessary charges in advance.

  Revision of plan will be effective from 01-04-2010.

# Security deposit for Local/STD/ISD facility and installation charges as applicable shall be taken    from the customer.
* The modem shall be given FREE if the customer commits for the period as shown and pays the    necessary charges in advance. In that case, customer will then own the modem and will not be    required the return the modem.
$ Customer eligible for ADSL Basic modem may be offered other modem types on payment of half    the price. Customer eligible for ADSL WiFi Modem may be offered ADSL Basic modem (if they    choose so) without any extra cost.
   The rates indicated are exclusive of Service Tax, which will be charged extra as per prevailing    tariff.
   Home Plans are for single user. LAN network behind modem should not be connected by the    customer.
   All other relevant terms and conditions are same.


 Note:The elaboration for the following abbreviations used in this tariff is as follows:

NOTE:-Promotional scheme alllowing "15 days Unlimited Free Download" to          the New customers Registering their Broadband connection upto          31.03.2010.

  Approval of the BSNL is hereby conveyed for following promotional Broadband scheme for all   new broadband applicants registering their Broadband connection till 31" March 2010.

1. All the customers registering their new Broadband connection till 31" March 2010 under any     BSNL Broadband Plan of up to 2Mbps speed (limited/unlimited) shall be provided unlimited     free download at 2Mbps for first fifteen (15) days, irrespective of the speed of the plan applied     for.
2. The customers applying for Limited Plans shall not be charged for their download for first     fifteen (15) days of activation of their broadband connection and those applying for Unlimited     plans with download speed less     than 2 Mbps shall get the benefit of lncreased download     speed Upto 2Mbps.
3. The scheme of free download shall terminate automatically after the first 15 days after which     the connection shall be reverted to the registered plan. and change In Plan. If any desired by     the customer shall be noted and Implernented as per existing provisions.
4. No Installation charges shall be payable by the customer for the BB connection registered upto     31.03.2010.
5. Security Deposit for the opted Broadband Plan and the Modem Security Deposit (In case Modem     Is taken on hire basis from BSNL)shall be taken In three monthly Installments starting from the     first bill for the BB connection registered upto 31.03.2010.
6. Usual Monthly Plan charges for the opted Broadband plan and Fixed Monthly charges for the     Modern (In case odem is taken on hire basis from BSNL)shall be payable during the    promotional period i.e. 15 days free download period.
7. Minimum period of hire for customers availing this scheme shall be a period of one month     Including the free download period.
B. The Promotional scheme is effect from 20.03.2010.


 Promotional scheme to offer double Bandwidth Speed from the existing  bandwidth Speed for Certain Home and Rural Unlimited Plans for a  limited period upto 30.04.2010
 
 the advantage of higher bandwidth speeds to the customers during the ongoing “IPL-3 Cricket  Matches - 2010”  (which are available on You Tube), BSNL has decided to double the existing  bandwidth speed of the following  Home and Rural unlimited Broadband Plans for a limited period  upto 30-04-2010.
